At present, we ship solely within the United States. However, you're welcome to explore our website and get to know our brand. Shipping is always with UPS® and free for all orders.

We offer a 45-day free return policy starting from the date of your order, as long as you:

1) haven't used your products and

2) ship them back in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it first and then purchase the desired item via our website. We treat returns and exchanges similarly, as they follow the same procedure.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, expect your refund within 5-10 days. This time is for us to process your refund, validate that your products haven’t been used and were shipped back in their original packaging.

Our fitted sheets are designed to fit deep mattresses, measuring precisely 18 inches in depth. Additionally, our sheets feature full elastic banding and labeling for easy application on both long and short sides.

By allowing our customers to determine when we use our planet's resources, we can eliminate overstock and reduce waste. Furthermore, thanks to our close-knit relationships with suppliers, we can offer you our unique, luxury products at unmatched prices.

Thread count can indicate quality to some extent, since good yarn is necessary for high thread counts. However, don't be fooled by thread counts of 800 or more, which typically result in overly thick and unventilated fabrics. Some manufacturers use multiple yarns to deceive customers, but according to our laboratory tests and studies, we found that anything over 400 thread counts results in a fabric that lacks breathability.

In our design process, we consider the size and thickness of the yarn used in your bedding to be just as crucial as the thread count for achieving a superior feel and longevity. To create premium bedding products that meet our high standards, we exclusively use yarn with a size of 60S or higher. To achieve a breathable, lightweight fabric with the luxury hotel feeling we promise, using a balanced weave with fewer thread counts is crucial. To achieve this in our products, we employed single-ply yarn, resulting in bedding that possesses a perfectly balanced weave.
